Sweepstakes Rules for MerryMac™ Dog Training & Nutrition
Center
FREE DOG FOOD FOR A YEAR GIVE AWAY
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR TO WIN. A PURCHASE WILL
NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. ALL FEDERAL, STATE,
LOCAL AND MUNICIPAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS APPLY. VOID WHERE

SWEEPSTAKES
PRIZES
1 Grand
Prize:
One year’s supply of Nature's Variety® Instinct,
Nature's Variety Prairie dog food or a combination
of both.
(Prizes must be picked up in person. Winner eligibility
is restricted to personal pickup of the product. Prizes
can not be transferred, substituted, sold or shipped.)
TOTAL
ESTIMATED RETAIL VALUE = $179.88 up to $839.88
2 Runner Up Prizes:
One MerryMac Dog Training Tote, one box
of Nature's Variety Instinct Grain-Free Biscuits and
a $25 Group Class Training Certificate for an already
scheduled group training class at MerryMac Dog Training
Facility.
(Prizes must be picked up in person. Winner eligibility
is restricted to personal pickup of the product. Prizes
can not be transferred, substituted, sold or shipped.)
ELIGIBILITY
Subject
to the additional restrictions below, THE FREE DOG FOOD
SWEEPSTAKES (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to
legal U.S. residents of the state of Georgia who are 18
years or older at the time of entry.All winners
must claim prize(s) in person at the MerryMac Dog Training
and Nutrition
Center located at 2550 Sandy Plains Road NE, Suite 365,
Marietta, GA 30066. (Prizes can not be transferred, substituted,
sold or shipped.)
Employees
MerryMac Dog Training and Nutrition Center, subsidiaries,
advertising
and promotional agencies, and
the family
members of, and any persons domiciled
with, any such employees, are not eligible to enter or
to win. The term “family members” includes
spouses, parents, grandparents, siblings, children, grandchildren
and in-laws, regardless of where they live.
HOW
TO ENTER
The
Sweepstakes will begin at 12:01 a.m. (E.T.) on July 1,
2011 and end at 11:59 p.m. (E.T.) on August 31, 2011.
Sponsor will be the official timekeeper for the Sweepstakes.

- Receive
extra entries when your Facebook friends enter.
- Go
to www.merrymacdogtraining.com to enter from our website.
WINNER
SELECTION AND ODDS
Within
72 hours after
sweepstakes entry period, a random drawing from among
all eligible entries will be conducted
under Sponsor’s supervision. Potential winners will
be notified by email on or before September 3, 2011. Each
potential prize winner will be required to respond to the
email with within one week (7 days) of being announced
as the potential prize winner or such potential prize winner
will
be disqualified.
If a potential prize winner does not respond to the email
as described above or is found to be ineligible, such potential
prize winner will be disqualified and, at Sponsor’s
sole discretion, an alternate potential prize winner may
be selected from the Remaining Eligible Entries.
Odds of winning depend on the total number eligible registrations
received.
A winner may waive the right to receive a prize.
MerryMac
Dog Training is
not responsible for technical, hardware or software failures,
or other errors or problems which may occur in
connection with a sweepstakes, whether computer, network,
technical, mechanical, typographical, printing, human or
otherwise, including, without limitation, errors or problems
which may occur in connection with the administration of
a sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the announcement
of the prizes, in any sweepstakes-related materials, or that
may limit prize fulfillment or a participant’s ability
to enter a sweepstakes. MerryMac
Dog Training reserves the right to amend
these Official Rules.
If you
do not wish to register electronically, you are allowed
1 hand written or typed entry by postal service. If you
have entered sweepstakes electronically you are NOT eligible
to
enter by postal service. Please
type or print your name, date of birth, street address,
daytime
phone
number
and e-mail address
on a plain piece of paper and mail to:

If a
postal service entry is chosen as a winner, MerryMac Dog
Training will contact the winner by telephone to up to
seven days. If contact by telephone is not successful,
such potential prize winner will be disqualified and, at
Sponsor’s sole discretion, an alternate potential
prize winner may be selected from the Remaining Eligible
Entries.
Winner
Identity: Winners will be posted on www.merrymacdogtraining.com
before or on the 17th day after sweepstakes has ended. You
may also request a list of winners to be delivered by postal
service. Send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to MerryMac

PUBLICITY
Except
where prohibited, acceptance of any prize constitutes
the winner’s irrevocable consent to the publication
or other use by Sponsor and its licensees of his or her
name, biographical information and likeness in any media,
including the Internet, for any commercial, publicity
or promotional purpose, without limitation, review or
approval, or additional compensation.
PRIVACY
MerryMac
Dog Training and Nutrition Center collects personal information
from entrants when they enter
the sweepstakes. Information collected by MerryMac
Dog Training and Nutrition Center online
is subject to MerryMac
Dog Training and Nutrition Center, located at
