Training Equipment

The appropriate training equipment is essential to educating your pet. Proper collar size and leash width diagnosis will be made upon your dog's body structure, height and weight.
 

   The Gentle Leader and Easy Walk Harness are used exclusively by MerryMac Dog Training as an integral part of the training process.

Leather Training Leashes-
A favorite of obedience trainers from coast to coast. The 6' length is ideal for formal training. We also offer 4' leads for those who prefer a shorter lead for training; both obedience and field trainers find this length convenient, as it can easily be folded and carried in a pocket. Hand-braided using fine, burgundy latigo leather. Chrome-plated, steel bolt snaps standard. 1" lead has solid bronze bolt snap.

   "No Escape" Collar-A martingale-style collar which offers greater control without the danger of choking. Its escape-proof design reduces coat damage and can easily be adjusted as your pet grows.

Other Recommended Training Aids and Toys

Grannick's Bitter Apple has been proven effective at reducing or eliminating problems associated with your pet chewing unwanted surfaces such as valuable furniture or electrical cords. Also helps to discourage fur biting, hair chewing and hot spots.

Attention Can-Want your dog to stop misbehaving? On the spot! This padded sound device is used to teach your dog not to jump, whine, bark, or any other misbehavior. A loud rattle inside the padded case, the Attention Can captures your dog's attention when shaken, rattled against furniture, or tossed through the air.
